Due to the location of the diesel DEF tank, ensuring that this system stays safe on the trail is one of the forefront concerns of diesel JL owners. Our heavy-duty skid plate encases the DEF tank and muffler so they can take hits left and right through the trail ride. Offering a heat barrier between the two will also allow you to rest easy that the exhaust is not heating the plastic DEF tank causing damage. Our system is easy to install and will tidy up the backside of the Jeep with a clean new look.
